Popeye’s Power Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including house and siding washing, roof soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck, patio and fence cleaning, gutter brightening, and commercial and storefront cleaning. The scope of work for any job is defined in the estimate or agreement we provide for that job.
Estimates are free and based on the information you provide and the conditions we observe. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from what was described, such as heavier buildup, additional square footage, or hard-to-access areas. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding.
We schedule Services by appointment. Because exterior cleaning depends on weather, we may reschedule for rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (631) 620-2499.
Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice, typically upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection and any costs associated with it as permitted by law.
We use professional methods matched to each surface, including low-pressure soft washing for delicate materials. However, pre-existing conditions such as aged paint, loose or failing caulk, deteriorated wood, cracked concrete, worn coatings, damaged screens, or improperly sealed windows can be affected by normal cleaning. We are not responsible for damage arising from such pre-existing conditions or from conditions not disclosed to us. Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We stand behind our work. If you believe an area was missed or not cleaned as agreed, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work to make it right consistent with the scope of the original job.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popeye’s Power Washing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Popeye’s Power Washing and its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose relevant property conditions, or your misuse of our website.
When you provide your mobile phone number to Popeye’s Power Washing, for example through our online quote form, by phone, or in person, and opt in to text messaging, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your service request, estimates, appointment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional account or service updates.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
